Originally focusing on single-family, custom residential builds and renovations in the Bay Area, now in Kerr County, we believe that building homes is a work of art. Every project is unique in its own way, and it is our goal as your general contractor to provide the most professional level of construction management and to oversee a team of the highest level of craftsmen who will perform your build with honesty and integrity.
I have been a builder my ENTIRE life.
I started out with tree forts and skateboard ramps, and soon realized that I had a passion to build. Starting out in construction, I had three mentors who taught me the proper way to “visualize the build” and to get, and give, whatever is needed to bring it to life.

In 1991, I purchased my first piece of property, drew my first set of plans, and built my own custom home. Hitchman Homebuilders was established in 1995, incorporated in 2002, and we have been building custom homes, reputations, and relationships ever since.
